We will cover the cost of FedEx shipping for outbound items after repair.

1. Customers are responsible for inbound shipping. ($250)
2. Please package your item securely to prevent any damage during transit.
3. Evaluation: On receipt of your unit, we will perform a thorough evaluation and provide you with a repair quote along with lead time.
4. Repair: Our skilled technicians will commence their work upon approval of the repair work order. After the repair, our technicians will thoroughly test the unit and provide a comprehensive test report.
5. Warranty: All repairs come with a one-year operational warranty. We guarantee our workmanship for the duration of the repair. If our repairs fail, contact us and we will fix them.
6. Emergency & Rush Services: We recognize that breakdowns can be critical in certain situations, and to assist you in resuming operations, we provide emergency and rush services. Please reach out to us to inquire about and avail yourself of these services.
